Tara Buddha Singing Bowl (26-27cm)

Our 26-27 cm Tara Buddha Singing Bowl features the fully enlightened female Bodhisattva or deity Tara Buddha. She symbolises the soul of love and compassion. She is considered as "the mother of all Buddhas", in Buddhism. According to the monks, the Tara mantra Om Tare Tuttare Ture Soha, when chanted a couple of times repeatedly in the event of problems, is believed to protect the individuals from negative fears and bring a sense of peace, courage and compassion within self.

The Tara Buddha singing bowl is surrounded by beautiful and intricate Tibetan symbols and motifs and repetitive Tibetan Mandalas in the inner and outer walls, and outer base of the singing bowl. Tibetan symbols and motifs are one of the most complex iconographies in any religion. Each of them hold a deep and spiritual significance in Tibetan Buddhism. The Tibetan Mandalas are genereally depicted as a geometric composition wherein deities reside.
