We have a 30-days return policy, which means you (the customer) have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret your purchase or part of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with hang tags and price tags or brand stickers, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@prajaya.store. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our address.

A return will not be accepted without first informing us. You (the customer) need to bear the responsibility to send back the items to us at your own cost. We don't pay for and handle the return shipping.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving the package and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it accordingly..

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Please note that we only exchange for another size or variation of the same design or model that you return. If you wish to exchange for another design or model or completely another item, please place a new order.

Condition of the item you have returned

You are responsible for the product’s condition and the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the goods’ nature, characteristics, and function. This means, that you have to try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store. If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of decreased value. This means, that when the purchase is canceled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to Prajaya to evaluate the condition of the item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item after your return, and then let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
