Description

Introducing our beautiful handmade singing bowl which features a detailed Thangka design of Green Tara, the fully enlightened female Bodhisattva known as the "Mother of all Buddhas", a powerful symbol of compassion, courage, and protection, on its inner base. It is believed that her mantra Om Tare Tuttare Ture Soha is said to ease fear and encourage inner strength, when chanted a couple of times repeatedly in the event of problems.

The singing bowl is colourfully etched with intricate Tibetan symbols and motifs and repetitive Tibetan Mandalas on the inner and outer walls, and outer base. The colourful decorations are inspired by traditional Thangka Arts, which are used in Tibetan culture for meditation and storytelling.

The bowl is made of high-quality bronze and handcrafted by skilled Newari artisans using traditional methods passed down through generations. The singing bowl produces rich, resonant tones that help calm the mind, making it ideal for meditation, yoga, sound healing, stress reduction or simply as a sacred piece in your home.

These singing bowls are available in two sizes: 23 cm top diameter bowl weighing around 1.6 kg and, 26 cm top diameter at approximately 2 kg. Since each bowl is handcrafted, slight variations in weight and detailing are completely normal.

The singing bowl comes with a wooden mallet and a soft cushion for its support.

To learn a bit more about singing bowls, here is some information that can be helpful.

Care

To keep your handmade singing bowl sounding beautiful and lasting for years, a little mindful care makes all the difference. Gently wipe it from time to time using a soft fiber cloth with lukewarm or cold water. Avoid chemical cleaners or abrasive materials that could damage its surface. Store your singing bowl in a dust-free space, and always handle it with care. Never drop or strike it on hard surfaces. With a bit of love and attention, your singing bowl will remain a trusted companion in your meditation, sound healing, or spiritual practice.

My warmest recommendation. I had been looking for a singing bowl for a long time, but it can be difficult online. However, Prajaya made the decision and purchase safe and easy. When I had a few final questions, I wrote them an email, which was answered quickly and in detail. I have now received the bowl, and the quality and sound are excellent. THANK YOU
