This singing bowl also features the Hindu Kundalini Yoga chakra system that consists of 7 chakras - the crown, third eye, throat, heart, solar plexus, hara and root. A chakra is a wheel or a circle in English. They are the energy centres that run along the centre of the human body. These spinning energy circle can influence our physical and emotional well being. By unblocking individual self chakras, the individual can enhance spiritual growth, overcome mental barriers, and broaden one's consciousness.
