Crossed Vajra Singing Bowl Ø18cm
The revered Tibetan mantra and symbols adorn this bronze singing bowl which is decorated with intricate geometric designs and symbols on its lips. The inner center of the singing bowl's base is etched with the quintessential Vishvavajra symbol or the crossed vajra, representing the principle of absolute stability, characterised by the solidity of the element earth, while the outer base carries first syllable Om ཨོཾ of the three Tibetan syllables, Om A Hum ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་, representing body, speech and mind.
This singing bowl, measuring 18cm in diameter (Ø) and weighing 852 grams, is handcrafted by our artisans in the Himalayan region of Kathmandu, combining traditional techniques with a deep understanding of the bowl's ceremonial significance.
This singing bowl set includes a wooden mallet / striker and a soft cushion, which makes for a complete meditative experience.
