The small bronze Om singing bowls are etched with the revered Tibetan syllable Om ཨོཾ on its inner base, part of the powerful mantra Om A Hum ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ representing body, speech, and mind. The lips are adorned with sacred Tibetan syllables and symbols.
The singing bowls come in two diameters, 10cm which weighs 200-300 grams and 15 cm which weighs 600-700 grams. They are handmade of bronze by Newari artisans in Nepal, combining traditional techniques. They produce bright, high pitched tones with rich overtones.
These singing bowls are great for anyone interested in starting to work with or understand the healing power of sound, which can help to reduce stress and anxiety while providing a deep sense of peace and clarity in one's mind.
