This bronze singing bowl is adorned with the revered Tibetan mantra Om A Hum ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་, representing body, speech, and mind. The outer base of the singing bowl carries the first syllable Om ཨོཾ , while the lips and inner base are decorated with Tibetan symbols and syllables. Measuring 18.4cm in diameter (Ø) and weighing 915 grams, this singing bowl embodies symbolism and exquisite craftsmanship.

The singing bowl is handcrafted by our Newari artisans in Nepal, combining traditional techniques with a deep understanding of the bowl's ceremonial significance. The bowl acts as a powerful tool for calming and introspective practices.

Sound

The Om A Hum Singing Bowl, rings at A note, which resonates with the Third Eye Chakra, promoting intuition, mental clarity, and deep meditation, making it ideal for sound healing, spiritual awareness, and energy balancing when struck with a suede mallet.

The tone of the singing bowl are based on the scale 432 Hz. The sound recording is made by striking with our Red Wool Head Mallet Striker and rimming with our Lingam Mallet Striker.
