Description

This Hand Beaten Singing bowl produces a strong, sustained single tone, perfect for deep meditation, relaxation, or pure enjoyment. Crafted by our skilled Newari artisans in Nepal, these singing bowls reflect the rich heritage and craftsmanship of the Newari tradition.

Each singing bowl features a beautifully hand-beaten surface, both inside and out, highlighting the unique texture and character of its handcrafted origins. Known for their clear, crisp tones, the bowls are easy to play and ideal for prayer, meditation, or sound therapy.

The substantial weight, thick walls, and stunning finish of this bowl create a beautiful, resonant sound every time it's played. The bowls measure 20 cm in diameter, and weigh between 1.7-2.3kg.

Each bowl comes with a mallet and a cushion. They are perfect for practitioners of all levels and kinds, whether you're just beginning your sound therapy journey or are a seasoned expert.

Sound

The Hand-Beaten Singing Bowl rings at B note, which resonates with the Crown Chakra, promoting spiritual connection, higher consciousness, and inner peace, making it ideal for sound healing, deep meditation, chakra balancing, and energy alignment when struck with a suede mallet.

The tone of the singing bowl are based on the scale 432 Hz. The sound recording is made by striking with our Red Wool Head Mallet Striker and rimming with our Lingam Mallet Striker.
