This website is operated by Prajaya. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, “https://www.prajaya.store”, “www.prajaya.store” and “our” refer to Prajaya. Prajaya offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to “you” and “your”, referring to the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Payment

We accept payments with Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Bancontact, iDEAL, Mobilepay, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The amount is only withdrawn from the customer's account when the customer’s order is dispatched.

All prices for the products on the webshop include 25% Danish VAT. The website uses the currencies, Denmark - Danish Kroner (DKK), and Euro (EUR) for pricing.

We use a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties. Our website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

Payment with 3D secure

To increase security when shopping with us, 3D Secure from Visa, Mastercard, and NETS is used. You experience 3D Secure when you have entered your card details. There you will be asked to confirm the purchase with your MitID or with an SMS code. In this way, Visa, Mastercard, or NETS can confirm that it is your card that you are using. The security solution is built based on requirements from the EU and the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority. If you do not want to pay with 3D secure, you can pay via MobilePay which works only for Denmark.

Receipt for receipt of order and order confirmation

When you have ordered an item from us, you will receive a receipt (order confirmation) via e-mail confirming that we have received your order. A binding purchase agreement has been entered into with us. If you don’t receive this confirmation email within an hour, you should contact us by email at support@prajaya.store. You will also receive a new email on the same day or the next day that your order has been dispatched.

Delivery

Prajaya, based in Denmark, choose logistics provider DAO to ensure seamless and dependable product delivery for our customers. Presently, we cater to customers within Denmark and across other European Union (EU) nations.

Delivery Information (Denmark):

- Prajaya relies on DAO for package delivery.
- Our standard delivery method involves a shipping fee of 39 DKK for packages designated for collection at the nearest pick-up location from the customer's address.
- For direct delivery to the customer's residence, the shipping fee stands at 59 DKK.
- Typically, deliveries are accomplished within 1 to 3 working days. However, exceptional circumstances might result in slightly prolonged delivery times.
- The packages are shipped the same day or the following day of the date of the customer’s order.
- Upon dispatch, customers receive a tracking number via email or SMS to facilitate monitoring of their package's journey.

Delivery Information (the EU, excluding Denmark):

- Prajaya relies on DAO for package delivery across EU territories.
- The standard shipping fee amounts to €29.
- Under normal conditions, deliveries within other EU countries generally span 3 to 8 working days, contingent upon the specific destination. Nonetheless, unforeseen circumstances may lead to occasional delays.
- Depending on the logistical capabilities of available service providers, packages are either delivered to the nearest pick-up location or directly to the customer's specified address.
- The packages are shipped the same day or the following day of the date of the customer’s order.
- Upon dispatch, customers receive a tracking number via email or SMS to enable tracking of their package.
- Notably, the list of countries includes Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Longer delivery time during holiday periods

As we have few hands in Prajaya, there may be longer delivery times during holiday periods. You are welcome to send us an email at support@prajaya.store if you have any questions about this.

Failure to collect parcels

If you do not pick up your package within the stated latest collection date and the package is sent back to Prajaya, an administration fee of DKK 150 for Denmark and €30 for the rest of the EU, except Denmark will be deducted when processing the return package.

Damaged shipment

If the package you receive appears to have been damaged during shipping, this may have affected the products in the package. When you receive the package, you must immediately open it, and then inform us of any damage on the spot via email at support@prajaya.store

To replace a package, we need the following:

- Many pictures of the outside of the package (1 of all 4 sides).
- Label on the outside of the package
- The contents of the package take a picture of the box with all the contents (f.ex the Buddha is packed in).
- Picture of the broken item
- The complaint must be made within 5 working days, otherwise the package will not be replaced.

Right of Withdrawal

Prajaya offers a 14-day right of withdrawal following the Danish Consumer Contracts Act on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered. Any return costs you incur yourself.

The withdrawal request must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must be returned to us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must first send us an e-mail at support@prajaya.store. In your message, make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with hang tags and price tags or brand stickers, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret your purchase or part of your purchase.

2-year legal warranty

As a private consumer, you have a 2-year right to complain, and purchases with a CVR number have a 1-year right to complain following the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that if the product has a defect and you complain in time, you have the right to have the product repaired or replaced in the first instance. If this cannot happen, or if it does not happen within a reasonable time, you can, depending on the circumstances, get the money back or a reduction in the price. A defect is, for example, a manufacturing or material fault, or incorrect information about the product. On the other hand, normal wear and tear, or damage you have caused to the product yourself, is not a defect. If you discover a deficiency, you must notify us "within a reasonable time". Complaints should be sent to support@prajaya.store. Remember to state your order number. We recommend that you make a complaint as soon as possible, especially if there is transport damage.
If you complain within 2 months of the defect being discovered, it is always within a reasonable time. 

If the complaint is justified, we will refund the necessary shipping costs.

If you believe that the product has a defect, we ask you to state in as much detail as possible what the problem is. Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and receive a dispatch receipt. Save postal receipts including information on shipping costs and any track and trace number.

Right to complain

In case you wish to complain about goods purchased from us, please contact us via email at support@prajaya.store.

You can submit a complaint about goods purchased from us to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. You can submit a claim online through Klageportalen for Nævnenes Hus.

It is a prerequisite for making a complaint that the product or service you want to complain about costs at least DKK 1,100 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, the price must be at least DKK 720. The amount limits can be changed. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.

You may also use the European Commission online complaints register when submitting your complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. You may submit the complaint by using the link: http://ec-europa.eu/odr. When submitting the complaint, you must state our email address support@prajaya.store.
